Hope you all had an excellent holiday and happy new year.We had a great time at Hitch last month so we thought wed do it all again this month. Well be hosting our next Borrel at Hitch 1216 Queen Street East on Sunday, Jan. 31, from 3-8 p.m.
We plan to be a bit more active in the coming months and promise to make some west end appearances. Well be sure to announce those events as soon as theyre confirmed. In the meantime, we encourage you to make the trip out east for this. Its just a short Queen streetcar ride away! OK, maybe its a long ride with the streetcar. But Borrels at Hitch have been a blast and we promise that the colder it is, the cozier this event will be!
As a final incentive, well be premiering our latest fusion bitterbal flavour: pulled pork.We tried two versions as well, one with just pulled pork and one with a barbecue-flavoured roux. Its what I do.
