USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Producer Gaurang Doshi is at war with leading lady Ileana D'Cruz for first saying yes then saying no to his film Aankhen 2.
However, Aankhen 2 director Anees Bazmee refuses to get into the fight. "This has nothing to do with me. It is true that Gaurang and I met Ileana for Aankhen 2. I don't know why she decided not to do Aankhen 2. We must respect her decision."
Anees' 'respect' for Ileana's decision could stem from the fact that she is doing his other film Mubaraka, where she co-stars with Arjun Kapoor.
Says Anees, "Yes, Ileana is working in my Mubaraka. And it would be unethical of me to discuss her reasons for not doing my other film (Aankhen 2). As far as Mubaraka is concerned she has been very professional in her dealings. And I love the way she responded to her character and to the script. I could tell from her expressions that she completely understood the situations in the comedy. I am looking forward to working with her."
