Hassan said that as the government of South Sudan priorities are directed towards service delivery to the people and national building.
Western Bahr el Ghazal state government has the same policy to reach essential services to its entire population.
He said the vision is to make build a food sufficient, peaceful, just democratic and prosperous and poverty free Western Bahr el Ghazal state.
The mission is to ensure social justice, security, equitable resources allocation, human dignity and to build a government that is accountable and responsive to needs of the people.
The state government has regrouped the ministries into three main focal components which are named clusters, each of these three clusters comprises of four related ministries.
The main aim of grouping is to promote good and democratic governance, rule of law, security and human rights for all entire citizens of Western Bahr el Ghazal state.
It is also to strengthen and sustain the capacity of institutions to enhance accountable and transparent public institutions through effective monitoring, evaluation and verification.
Speaker Andrea Mayar Acho urged on his colleagues in the august house to use their collective efforts and commitments to address their community expectations.
“Let each of you sit with his or her respective community and listen to their demands and problems and bring their voice to the house for debate,” Acho said.
