First of all you need to stand straight in such away that your feet are equal and big toes touch each other. Leave your shoulders relax and give your neck to some hype. Now raise your arms and joins both palms; now lean on one side and stretch. Repeat the same action for other side as well.
Stand straight and then bend forward in such away that your hands reach the floor. This will make your body foldin a half and keep this position for at least 30 to 50 seconds.
Sit on floor and bring your feet on opposite thighs. Now stretch both arms straight and take deep breathes with close eyes. Sit this way for 10 to 20 minutes to make your self feel relaxed.
Stand straight and stretch your one leg-length apart. Position your left foot to 90 degrees and right foot to 45 degrees by keeping your heels in aligned form. Now bring your arms parallel to the floor. Your right arm should be up in the sky with straight palm and your left arm should be vertical in position.
