  2. i’m sorry but biking to school everyday is not going to keep a fat retarded kcomment_ID in shape. If you’re above 17% body fat you’re fat. Sorry.
    However there is hope.
    If you were to ask me I’d say anyone can lose weight because I’ve seen it happen first hand. All you have to do is eat the right foods to fire up the metabolism.
    I’ve heard mostly positive reviews about Metabolic Cooking, a cookbook with over 250 fat blasting recipes written by Dave Ruel and Karine Losier. A Good Review of the book can be found on this website.
