A Halifax man faces charges as a result of an investigation conducted by members of the HRP/RCMP Integrated Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE).
Officers assigned to the ICE Unit, assisted by officers from the HRP/RCMP Integrated Vice Unit, executed a search warrant on May 27 at 6:10 a.m. at a residence on Covington Way in Clayton Park. A man was arrested at the scene without incident. The subsequent search resulted in the seizure of computer equipment.
Thirty-six-year-old Michael Dow Brown of Halifax faces charges of accessing, producing and distributing child pornography, and is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court on July 4, 20
