Pepperdine University Center for the Arts presents Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia’s A Brown Bear, a Moon and a Caterpillar: Treasured Stories by Eric Carle. Following in the very successful footsteps of The Very Hungry Caterpillar, this follow-up Mermaid Theatre production combines legendary children’s book author-illustrator Eric Carle’s beloved stories and characters with evocative music, stunning visual effects and ingenious puppetry. This time out, the hungry caterpillar, the adventurous animals from Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See?, and the young girl from Papa Please Get the Moon for Me all join in on the fun in an hour-long triple-bill that both educates and entertains.
