Kim Coles, the actor and comedian best known for her roles in In Living Color, Frasier and Living Single, presents her one-woman show, Oh But Wait, There’s More! at The Monroe Forum Theatre at El Portal. The new show written and directed by Coles chronicles the ebb and flow of her showbiz rise with Hollywood-insider stories, multimedia components and an interpretive dance number only Coles could perform. After the hit Fox TV comedy Living Single got cancelled, Coles realized there was nothing that compared to the free food, personalized parking spaces and sweet perks of showbiz success. As pilot seasons came and went and residual checks all got spent, Coles broke down and figured out a way to find true meaning beyond the glam of TV cameras and red carpets.
