Offering a warmly intimate, stage-free musical experience, La Salon de Musiques’ latest cello-piano chamber concert boasts the U.S. premiere of Cello Sonata in C minor by 20th-century German composer Camillo Schumann. Andrew Shulman, principal cello of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, performs the piece alongside Steven Vanhauwaert, a member of the Felici Piano Trio. Also on the bill are works by Chopin and Frederick Delius. Following the performance, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the musicians and mingle with other audience members while sipping complimentary champagne, finger sandwiches and other gourmet delights and beverages provided by Patina.
