Rebel chef of food TV, best-selling author and antagonist of vegans everywhere, Anthony Bourdain brings his Guts and Glory speaking tour to L.A.’s Pantages Theatre. The former host of Travel Channel’s Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations and The Layover, Bourdain has a new show for CNN called Parts Unknown that finds this adventurous eater/chef-cum-journalist digging ever deeper into far-flung cultures and cuisines. A master raconteur, Bourdain will be joined in this evening of storytelling, dialogue and observation by local chef, author and entrepreneur Roy Choi of Kogi Korean BBQ and A-Frame fame.
