Toronto school teacher Christopher Parkin charged with four counts related to sexual assault

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a sexual assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

– during the 2011 school year, a teacher at Forest Hill Collegiate Institute sexually assaulted a female student

It is further alleged that:

– in April 2013 the same teacher, teaching at Forest Hill Collegiate Institute, committed the offence of Sexual Exploitation in relation to another female student

On Wednesday, April 17, 2013, Christopher Parkin, 40, of Toronto, was charged with:

1. three counts of Sexual Exploitation
2. Sexual Assault

He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Thursday, April 18, 2013, at 10 a.m.

Police believe there may be more victims.
