A 39-year-old Riverview man has been arrested and charged with various sexual offences while in a position of trust.
On November 15, 2013, 39-year-old Kenneth Gunn appeared in Moncton Provincial Court and was charged with possession of child pornography, sexual exploitation and sexual assault. He was arrested on November 14, in relation to incidents involving two girls under the age of 18, alleged to have occurred between September 1, 2011 and November 7, 2013.
Kenneth Gunn is a teacher at Harrison Trimble High School and acted as a tutor. He is alleged to have committed the offences while in a position of trust. At this point, two victims from the local area have been identified.
Gunn has been remanded until November 18, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. for a bail hearing.
