On Day 4 of the opening test match, Darren Bravo provided stubborn resistance to New Zealand’s bowlers bringing up his maiden Test double century to ensure West Indies made the hosts to play the 2nd innings at University Oval making to the final day.
Bravo had previously scored 195 against Bangladesh in 2011 as his highest test score, has now made unbeaten 210 on Friday supported his team to reach 443 for six in their second innings with a lead of 47 runs.
Bravo will resume his batting on Saturday with West Indian skipper Darren Sammy, who is also not out at 44 after he and Bravo quickly achieved 80-run partnership.
