Rachel Stinis, 15, was last seen on Saturday, May 9, 2015, at 1:12 p.m., in the Ossington Avenue and Queen Street West area.
She is described as 5'1", 150 lbs., stocky build, blue/grey eyes, with short, brown pixie-style hair.
She was wearing a black Ed Hardy T-shirt with a tiger and jewels on it, black pants and grey/pink high-top Nike runners.
Police are concerned for her safety.
