Chinese Ginger Beef (Microwave) Recipe

Ginger Beef (Microwave)

Serves 4-6


300 g beef (thinly sliced)

2 ½ tbsp oyster sauce

100 g spring onions (cut into 4 cm lengths)


2 tbsp oil

1 tsp wine

½ tbsp cornstarch


150 g young ginger (sliced thinly)

½ tbsp chopped garlic

2 tbsp oil


Season beef slices with ingredients A.

Fry ingredients B in a casserole on power High, uncovered for 3 minutes.

Add in oyster sauce and cook on power High for 1 minute.

Stir in seasoned beef and spring onions.

Cover and cook on power High for 3 ½ minutes.

Serve hot with rice.
