Chinese Whole Chicken Soup Recipe

Whole Chicken Soup 


1 spring chicken

1 stalk leek

10 quail eggs

1 lb cut vegetables

2 tbsp wine

2 tsp salt, or to taste


Boil chicken with leek and sufficient water for 40 minutes or until tender.

Boil quail eggs and soak in water, shell.

Add vegetables, quail eggs, and seasonings and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
