Chinese Sweet and Sour Mustard Green Recipe

Sweet and Sour Mustard Green 


½ lb mustard greens

½ tsp salt

3 tbsp oil

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 ½ tbsp vinegar

2 tbsp cornstarch, mixed with 5 tbsp water


Cut mustard greens into sections.

Heat 3 tbsp oil and fry mustard greens, adding ½ tsp salt.

When mustard greens become tender, add sugar, soy sauce and vinegar.

Pour in cornstarch mixture, stir quickly, and serve hot.
