Oyster Recipe : Spicy fried oyster salad

Ingredients:

1 dozen oyster.
2 Cloves garlic. Minced.
Dash of salt and black pepper.
½ Cup All purpose flour.
2 Tablespoons cornstarch.
4 Cups chopped lettuce.
1 Cucumber. Sliced thin.
1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper or to your taste.(Option).
2 Cups cooking oil for deep fry oyster.

Method :

Brushed and cleaned oyster shells under water well before open the shells, put the oyster meat in a bowl.

Seasoning the oyster meat with garlic, salt, red and black pepper.

You do not need much salt since the oyster is already salty.

Put all purpose flour and cornstarch in a plastic bag, shake it a few times then put the oyster meats in the bag.

Shake the bag gentle so that the oyster meats well coasted.

Heat cooking oil in a frying pan on high temperature.

Deep fried oyster in hot oil till it golden brown.

Removed cooked oyster and put it on a plate covered with paper towel to drain off excessive oil.

To Serve: Put lettuce on a plate, and arrange sliced cucumber on top. Places fried oyster on top of salad, drizzles with sweet fish

sauce. Serve immediately.
