The compensation of Rs 4 lakh and Rs 2 lakh have announced by Centre and Delhi government, according to the sources, in that order to the near relatives of those who were killed in the blast outer side the Delhi high court yesterday.
The Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh gave his words regarding the compensation of Rs 2 lakh to the next of kin of the people who were killed and Rs one lakh to the people who were were injured in the yesterday’s blast.
On the other hand, Sheila Dikshit, Chief Minister, after visiting the injured in the RML hospital, declared compensation of Rs 4 lakh for each one to the families of those who were killed in the blast and the people who those enduringly debilitated will get Rs 2 lakh. For this Sheila Dikshit was appreciated and prayed by the people present there.
Sheila Dikshit said that those who are seriously injured in the blast,yesterday, will get Rs one lakh while in case of any death of minor, the concerned family will get Rs 1.5 lakh. The particular people who got some minor injuries in the yesterdays’ blast will be given Rs 10,000.
Sheila Dikshit, the chief minister also guided the hospital to supply best medical treatment and care to the injured and asked the health department to make sure at no cost treatment of all injured in yesterday’s blast in Delhi.
According to the sources it was said that the next of kin of the dead and injured people need to contact Divisional Commissioner of Revenue Dharmendra Kumar at his office in to get the compensation from the city government. His office is 5 Sham Nath Marg in Civil Lines. And it was made sure that the amount will be released as early as possible.
