A woman residing in Southern Florida was left stunned and pulling her hair out as she received a cell phone monthly bill of $201,000.
The woman named Celina Aarons has added her two deaf-mute siblings on her monthly phone plan. The trio keep in touch with each other via text messages and also use their cell phone for watching videos. In normal circumstances she received a bill of around $175.
Recently her brother went to Canada on a two weeks holidays and Aaron forgot to change her plan to an international plan. Her brothers unaware of their sister’s negligence sent a staggering 2,000 text messages and also used their phones to download videos, sometimes racking up $2,000 in data charges.
T-Mobile told Aarons the bill was accurate. She then contacted a local TV channel, which got in touch with T-Mobile. The station reports that T-Mobile cut Aarons’ bill to $2,500 and gave her six months to pay.
