Michael Cavanaugh and his band take the stage with the Long Beach Symphony Orchestra to perform classic hits by the iconic Elton John, as well as hits from Chicago, Paul McCartney and the Eagles. Called "the New Voice of the American Rock and Roll Songbook" by Billboard magazine, Cavanaugh was hand-picked by Billy Joel for the lead role in the hit Broadway musical Movin’ Out, earning both Grammy and Tony Award nominations in 2003.
