The Toronto Marlies defeated the Oklahoma City Barons 5-0 in game one of the Western Conference Final Thursday night from the Cox Convention Center in Oklahoma.
With the win, Toronto pushed its win streak to five games. Marcel Mueller scored the game-winning-goal just over five minutes into the opening period. Ben Scrivens recorded his second shutout of the post-season, making 31 saves to pick up the win for Toronto.
The Western Conference Final resumes Friday night from Oklahoma City. Puck drop is set for 8:00pm eastern time.
