On May 29, 2010 shortly after 6:30 pm, Bouctouche RCMP responded to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 11 near Saint-Maurice NB involving two off road vehicles.

A 16-year-old teenage girl who was a passenger on one of the all terrain vehicle’s was seriously injured in the collision. She was treated at Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent and later transferred to the George-L. Dumont hospital in Moncton where she remains in critical condition.

An RCMP collision re-constructionist was on scene and the collision remains under investigation. It appears both atv’s were on the roadway at the time of the collision and alcohol is believed to have been a contributing factor.

  1. Its common sense if you JASON don’t care about your life how about thinking about that poor girl you put in the hospital in critical condition. You really ruined her life she was only 16 yrs old. You make me sick.
