Thayer Hall at the Colburn School (Los Angeles, CA)

Salastina Music Society presents an eclectic program featuring rising stars of chamber music. The evening’s classical musical selections include Mozart’s’s Clarinet Quintet, Purcell’s Dido’s Lament, Debussy’s Danse sacrée et danse profane, Handel-Halvorsen’s Passacaglia and Piazzolla’s Oblivion. The program also includes the world premiere of a new work by composer Jeremy Cavaterra. Currently entering its third season, the Salastina Music Society is a concert series that strives to bring a fresh approach to the classical concert experience, emphasizing innovative performance, musical variety and broad audience appeal.
