While on one hand, the gorgeous looking Tamannaah Bhatia is all set to enthrall the audiences with her performance in the comic caper Humshakals, on the other hand, she is one busy woman, who took time out from her busy schedule to lend her support for the animals, by shooting an ad for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India. In the ad, she gave a thumbs-up to rabbits and two big thumbs-down to testing cosmetics on animals.
The ad has her holding a rescued bunny named Tiny next to the tagline "Be a Bunny's Honey: Buy Cruelty-Free Cosmetics." While the ad was shot by Colston Julian, her make-up was done by Billy Manik and her hair was done by Anupa. Speaking about the ad, Tamannah said, "Animals go through a lot of torture while they are being tested on for cosmetics. There's material applied on their eyes, on their bodies. It can be very painful. Because they cannot speak or they cannot communicate, such kind of atrocities is put upon to the animals. I just hope everybody out there can be a little more considerate and have a little bit of a heart and love the animals."
