They’ve been labeled “whip-smart,” “deeply clever” and “highly-trained professionals” by the blogosphere. Now the Seattle-based comedy duo known as Charles brings their acclaimed sketch show to L.A., with special guests Jason & Spike. Made up of two guys named Charles, Chuck Armstrong and Charlie Stockman, they’ve scored with their signature mix of highbrow and lowbrow — a.k.a. “unibrow” — humor at the San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, and Toronto Sketchfests. They also took home the Best Writing and Best Sketch awards at the 2012 L.A. Comedy Festival.
