The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit has charged an Ottawa man in connection with the stranger sexual assault that took place in the early morning hours of May 12, 2014 in the area of Billings Bridge. 

As a result of an investigation, Michael BLACQUIERE, 47, charged with one count of sexual assault on June 12th, 2014. He is to appear in show cause court on June 13th.
