Drive Theatre Company presents 44 Plays for 44 Presidents: LA, the Los Angeles installment of the national Plays for Presidents Festival: 2012. It’s an entertaining and informative play that provides a series of two-minute glances into each president’s time in office, and leaves us to decide the future of the United States. This is the inaugural year of the Plays for Presidents Festival, which is a national collaboration of theater and educational artists seeking to encourage conversations and partnerships across the country, and foster a renewed appreciation of the power of democracy and the responsibility of the electorate.
