A Thamesville woman is in police custody following an incident of domestic violence on Saturday.
At approximately 9:30 p.m. Saturday, police attended an apartment building on London Road in Thamesville in response to a 911 call. The caller reported a man had been stabbed and requested an ambulance. Police and EMS attended the apartment building and located a 43-year-old man with stab wounds. He was transported to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance where he remains in stable condition.
A 38-year-old Thamesville woman has been charged with attempted murder in relation to this incident. She remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in bail court via video.
