HEAR/HEAR 17 means there have been 16 HEAR/HEARs before it! HEAR/ HEAR 17 means that we\’ve been running reading series for over 4 years. HEAR/HEAR 17 means BIG TIME FUN! NOW HEAR THIS has partnered with Operation Springboard, a youth justice service, to bring engaging and relevant creative writing workshops to young offenders. In support of the project, HEAR/HEAR is dedicated to voicing the facilitators and their experience at Springboard, alongside other talented artists who are actively involved in their community. This HEAR/HEAR features: Spin el poeta Jef Kearns Jamaias DaCosta James from the Songs Join us for an evening of literature, music, raffles and positive vibes. Raffle items have been donated by Model Citizen (clothes!!!), Health Service Centre (healthy treats!!!), Descant Magazine (back issues!!), Myna Wallin (books!!) and Robert Priest (CDs!!!)
