Musica Angelica celebrates its 20th anniversary with Fanfares and Fireworks at AT&T Center Theater. A robust and festive program, Fanfares and Fireworks features Handel’s triumphal Music for the Royal Fireworks and the always popular suites from Water Music. As an added bonus, Music Director Martin Haselboeck will give an insightful talk during the concert on the origins and development of Handel’s works. The show will also include the fanfares in Telemann’s Concerto for Three Trumpets, Biber’s action-packed Battalia, and Albinoni’s Oboe Concerto.
