Body found at 1002 Westheimer identified as of Houston man Samuel Luke Delaschott

Houston police have learned the identity of a male found deceased at 1002 Westheimer about 4:10 a.m. on Monday  (July 15).

The victim has been identified as Samuel Luke Delaschott, 44, of Houston.

HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officers M. Miller and T. Miller reported:

Mr. Delaschott pulled into the Burger King parking lot at the above address and remained in his vehicle.  He was later discovered by a passerby who notified both HPD and the Houston Fire Dpeartment.  Mr. Delaschott was pronounced dead at the scene, having suffered an apparent gun shot wound to the head.
