The return of the Saturday night Dragnet launch party! Come help us celebrate the launch of Issue 9 with readings (by Evan Munday, Catriona Wright, and Bardia Sinaee), and dancing with DJs Lauren Mitchell, Brass Moustache, and Jenny Treehorn, playing funk, soul, afrobeat, and hip hop. This is going to be the last Dragnet event for seven months, so you should come out because 1) there won’t be another one until next June, so you’ve got to dance enough to hold you until then, 2) we’ll be announcing some ch-ch-ch-changes and you don’t want to be left out, 3) we’ll be offering copies of the anthology at a significant discount, and 4) it’s a Saturday night, so if you’re a 9-to-5er you can let loose! Issue 9 features writing by Evan Munday, Catriona Wright, Bardia Sinaee, Justin Lawrence Daugherty, Nadia Ragbar, Amanda Leduc, and Andr Babyn, and illustrations by Emma James.
