The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Johnny Wesley Peterkin, 72, was last seen on Saturday, May 10, 2014, at 4 p.m., in the McCowan Road and Lawrence Avenue East area.

He is black, 6’0″, average build, short grey hair, grey facial hair. He was last seen wearing a dark-blue waist-length jacket with white stripes on the collar and waist, blue jeans, black baseball cap with a red-and-yellow logo, black (velcro) shoes with thick white soles.

Police are concerned for his safety.

Update: On Sunday, May 11, 2014, he was located.
