Chinese Fried Shredded Potatoes Recipe

Fried Shredded Potatoes


4 potatoes

½ tsp salt

Oil for deep frying


Peel potatoes, shred, and soak in water for 10 minutes.

Drain potatoes on cheesecloth.

Fry ¼ of potatoes at a time in deep oil until color turns light brown. Stir with chopsticks to prevent potatoes from sticking together. Sprinkle with salt while still hot.
