Houston police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect(s) involved in the fatal shooting of a man at 4700 South Kirkwood about 2:50 a.m. on Sept. 9, 2012.
The victim, Victor Mundianjon Tangie, 38, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Parker and Senior Police Officers R. Martinez and S. Straughter reported:
Tenants at the apartment complex at the above location heard a gunshot and went outside to investigate. They found Mr. Tangie lying on the sidewalk. HFD paramedics were then called to the scene and pronounced him deceased.
At this time, there are no known suspect(s).
