It is alleged that:
– the accused was the Principal at Martingrove Collegiate Institute between 2002 and 2009,
– he set up an account specifically for student funds, having signing authority on the account,
– between January 2005 and December 2009, he paid himself $16,000 from the student fund account.
It is further alleged that
– between 2005 and 2009, the accused would make only partial deposits into the account, stealing approximately $72,500.
Terry Baytor, 58, of Brampton, has been charged with:
1. Theft Over $5,000,
2. Fraud Over $5,000.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Wednesday, December 22, 2010, room 202F, 1:30 p.m.

NO EFFIN WAY DID BAYTOR DO THIS. I go to Marintgrove and know baytor very well. He was an excellent principal and if he dcomment_ID take the money it must have been for a good cause. He would never pocket the money for selfish needs. He is inoccent untill proven guilty

That is actually incorrect; It was a mistake on the part of the initial news services who reported the story. The discrepancies were found by a routine inspection of the books. Mrs. Robinson had nothing to do with it.

You can’t just use certain language like that; it is not a hard and set fact that he mismanaged the funds, it is merely an allegation. He is innocent until proven guilty.
