Three men arrested for guns and drugs, Toronto

On Friday, May 13, 2011, police arrested three men in connection with a firearm and drug investigation.

It is alleged that:

– at 3:18 a.m., 14 Division Major Crime Unit and Plainclothes Unit executed a search warrant at a home in the Davenport Road/Dufferin Road area,

– police seized a 12 gauge shotgun, a .22 calibre Winchester rifle and ammunition,

– police also seized a quantity of marijuana and cocaine.

Boswell Thomas, 32; Jeffrey Clarke, 35; and Christopher Clarke 34; all of Toronto, have been charged with:

1) Unauthorized possession of a firearm,
2) Possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized,
3) Possession of a prohibited firearm with ammunition,
4) Firearm careless storage,
5) Unauthorized possession of a firearm,
6) Possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized,
7) Firearm careless storage,
8) Careless Storage Ammunition,
9) Careless Storage Ammunition,
10) Careless Storage Ammunition,
11) Unauthorized possession of a prohibited device,
12) Possession for the Purpose Cocaine,
13) Possession for the Purpose Cocaine,
14) Possession of Cocaine,
15) Possession of Cocaine,
16) Possession for the Purpose Marijuana,
17) Possession of Proceeds of Crime.

They were scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Friday, May 13, 2011, room 101, at 10 a.m.
