The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in an ongoing sexual assault investigation.
Mohammad Masroor, 48, of Toronto, faces 13 charges in relation to alleged offences between November 1, 2008 and July 28, 2011.
Mohammad Masroor is the Imam (leader) the Baitul Mukarram Islamic Society on Danforth Avenue, and has taught at this location, in his home, and in Florida, Michigan and Bangladesh.
Investigators believe there may be more victims as the accused has lived and travelled extensively internationally.
