Putting a new twist on an old favorite, CATS for Cats is a star-filled benefit performance that explores Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical masterpiece from a different angle. Based on the whimsical letters that T.S. Eliot wrote to his godchildren that became the inspiration for Webber’s work, the poems and music of Eliot (played by TV and film vet Fred Willard) are brought to life by a bevy of familiar faces, including Keith David (They Live), Owain Yeoman (The Mentalist), Alicia Witt (Urban Legend), Ioan Gruffudd (Fantastic Four), Steven Weber (Wings), Naturi Naughton (The Client List), Janel Parrish (Pretty Little Liars), Bethany Joy Lenz (One Tree Hill) and more, including dancers from the hit shows So You Think You Can Dance? and Dancing with the Stars. Accompanied by a live orchestra, this performance at the historic Orpheum is a Broadway benefit you don’t want to miss.
