District 11 RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a woman who drowned at Gibson Falls in Elgin, N.B.
On August 6, 2012, at around 1:00 p.m., District 11 RCMP responded to a call of a possible drowning at Gibsonn Falls located off River Road in Elgin, N.B. The body of an unidentified female was pulled from the water. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are requesting the public’s assistance to identify the victim, she is described as being in her mid-30’s, with a dark complexion, medium body size, black shoulder length hair, and brown eyes.
She has a large tattoo on her right calf, described as a feather breaking apart into small birds, along with a biblical passage. She has a second tattoo on her right bicep, described as a chain around her arm with a feather hanging in between the chain links.
