The Festival of Praise Parade will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2012, at Queen’s Park and will proceed regardless of weather conditions.

Road closure:

Queen’s Park Crescent West will be closed between College Street and Wellesley Street West from 6 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Parade route:

Start time: 1:30 p.m.,

Formation: Queen’s Park
Northbound Queen’s Park Crescent East (northbound lanes)
Eastbound Bloor Street West (eastbound lanes)
Southbound Yonge Street (southbound lanes)
Westbound College Street (westbound lanes)
Northbound Queen’s Park Crescent East (northbound lanes)

This parade is expected to run until 5 p.m.

TTC vehicles will be diverted around this event.

Motorists can expect major delays in the area while this event is taking place. Public transportation, or alternate routes, are recommended.
