USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…It isnt a cakewalk to make sequels - Mukesh Bhatt Between Bhatt brothers, the going has indeed been excellent this year. For Mukesh Bhatt, Blood Money was a decent success and Jannat 2 turned out to be a good money spinner. On the other hand, Mahesh Bhatt backed daughter Pooja for Jism 2 and that too turned out to be a highly profitable venture. Meanwhile Mukesh is rounding up an eventful year with Raaz 3, his flagship film. With quite a few solid franchises in his kitty and Raaz 3 only expected to take the trend forward, Bhatts indeed have a long term plan worked out for them.

"It is a challenge though to get it right each time around", says Mukesh Bhatt who has been the brain behind Vishesh Films that has stayed on in the business for 25 years now, "It isn't a cakewalk to just announce next installment to a franchise and just allow it to take its own course. There is a lot that goes in ensuring that audience expectations is met and same is the case with Raaz 3 as well. We took it all in the right spirit though and what further helped our cause was the fact that the sheer subject and storyline that we have for the film is so very powerful."

What he is overly excited about is the fact that Raaz 3 is the first 3D film to come out of his production house.

"3D in the film further augments our script. Moreover, we have gone ahead with Real 3D which is of international standards. No one in India has ever shot like that before and Vikram too has gone beyond his earlier 3D work in Haunted", he says in a proud tone.

He quickly adds stating that 3D is not a gimmick in the film and ultimately it is the story of Raaz 3 which would do the talking.

Says Mukesh Bhatt, "We have always maintained that eventually content is the King. This way Raaz 3 is no different. It is unfortunate that most of our contemporaries give this basic factor much importance but it is one core offering that we boast of."
