Tipping the scales at 6-feet, 8-inches tall and over 300 pounds, Eppele received extensive playing time at Washington State. A three-time second-team PAC-10 academic all-star, the hulking tackle started five games and dressed in 33 games over his four seasons as a Cougar.

Personal: Joseph Thomas Eppele is the son of Carol Ann and Thomas. He has an older brother named Josh and a younger sister named Carlin. When he was younger, Joe was rated as one of the best shot-putters and hammer-throwers for his age in Canada. Joe enjoys all kinds of music, as well as outdoor activities including hiking, camping, hunting and fishing. The psychology major at Washington State earned his B.Sc., with a minor in business administration.
