Investigators with the Vice Unit of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Divisionare seeking the public’s help to locate a missing Dartmouth youth.
Seventeen-year-old Jessica Richards was last seen leaving her Lawrence Street residence on foot at July 1 at 10 a.m. and was reported missing to police July 2. She hasn’t been in touch with friends or family since she left her home.
Jessica is described as a white female, 5’6”, with a medium build and long brown hair that is shaved on both sides. She has two piercings on her lower lip and was last seen wearing a purple shirt over a green tank top, blue jeans, red sneakers and was carrying a zebra print purse.
