USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The Toronto Police Service would like to advise the public of an arrest in a Sexual Interference and Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Sunday, February 22, 2015, a man was walking the hallways of an apartment building in the Victoria Park Avenue and Finch Avenue East area
– during his walks, he observed pre-teen girls playing in the hallways and common areas of the building
– the man began to follow the girls throughout the building
– the man waited for one of the girls until she was by herself
– the man approached the 12-year-old girl and began to compliment her
– the man then sexually assaulted her
– the man then asked her to leave with him
On Wednesday, February 25, 2015, Jamshed Bhatti, 67, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) Sexual Interference
2) Assault
He was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Thursday, February 26, 2015, 10 a.m.
Police believe there may be more victims.
