Vancouver Police are looking for a high-risk sex offender who is wanted Canada-wide after failing to return to his halfway house.
Forty-eight-year-old Timothy Daniel Jones is a two-time federal offender on statutory release, after receiving a one-year-eight-month sentence for breach of his long-term supervision order.
Jones has three prior convictions for sexual assault against teenage and adult women and is considered a high risk to reoffend.
Timothy Jones is white, 6’0&Prime tall, 224 lbs., with brown hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo of Pegasus on his right upper arm. He was last seen wearing a blue jean jacket, green t-shirt, and blue jeans.
Anyone one who sees Timothy Daniel Jones, or knows of his whereabouts, is asked not to approach him and call 9-1-1 immediately.
