Come one, come all to a two-day festival in celebration of Fairgrounds: Playing with the World, a kinetic sculpture designed by talented student artisans and presented by Hart House, as well as the 12th and penultimate stop on the Pan Am Path Art Relay!

After the opening ceremony with Bonnie Maracle, take a discovery walk, or participate in a movement break and warm-up with the MoveU Crew. Join former Olympian, Prof. Bruce Kidd for a bike tour, and take advantage of a free bike tune-up by Bike Chain.

Once you’ve engaged your body, why not engage your mind with First Nations storytelling by Cat Criger? Take in some live music with performances by The Ensemble, and the melodic voices of the Ruckus Choir.

For the young and young at heart, festivities will also include Playing for Keeps neighbourhood games, family-friendly activities, and free food and iced cream – a festival truly for all ages!

*Please note that the celebration is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bike). Bikes can be borrowed from UTSC’s Bike Share while supplies last. Bike helmets and bells are a must for participation in the bike tour.

For directions and schedule, as well as information regarding free shuttle service to and from the installation site, please visit www.harthouse.ca/pan-am-path.
