Three Charged In Sexual Assault at biker club house, Prince George

On March 24th, 2011, Prince George RCMP began an investigation of a sexual assault that is alleged to have occurred earlier that same day in a residence on the 1500 block of Fir Street known to police as a biker club house. The investigation centers around an adult female victim and three adult male suspects.

Prince George RCMP attended the residence to secure the scene while waiting for a search warrant. At that time, two suspects were arrested, Adam Andrew BOYD, a 21 year old from Coquitlam, BC and Julian NISKAKOSKI, a 19 year also from Coquitlam, BC, who recently moved to Kamloops, BC. A search warrant was obtained and executed at the address on Fir Street.

The following morning, Prince George RCMP located and arrested a third suspect, Albert Donald PICHE, a 31 year old from Prince George.

Charges of Sexual Assault with a Weapon, Sexual Assault, Assault, Forcible Confinement and Administering Noxious Thing, have been approved by Provincial Crown Counsel against all three men.

PICHE is known by police to be an associate of the Game Tight Soldiers in Prince George and BOYD is linked to Hells Angels members in the Lower Mainland. NISKAKOSKI has no direct associations with the Hells Angels. PICHE has been remanded in custody until April 6th, 2011. BOYD and NISKAKOSKI are appearing in Court on March 29th, 2011.
