Theatre 68 (Hollywood, CA)
In The Late Henry Moss, a Los Angeles premiere from the acclaimed 68 Cent Crew Theatre Company, iconic American playwright Sam Shepard tells the story of a pair of antagonistic brothers, Ray and Earl, who are forced to reunite when their father Henry, a notoriously difficult drunk, is found dead in New Mexico. Henry’s last days unfold in flashbacks, as the men dig through their long-buried family past. Shepard won the Pulitzer Prize for his 1979 play Buried Child, and is well-known both for his writing (True West, Fool for Love) and acting (The Right Stuff, Black Hawk Down, Safe House).
